We are medium batch specialists for turning small parts.

Multiple bar feeds are an integral part of all of our CNC lathes. This means that maximum efficiency is achieved on all turned parts up to a maximum 65mm diameter. For parts below 25mm diameter, our 10-Axis and 8-Axis sliding head machines offer even further benefits with power tool attachments on main and sub-spindles. This means that many jobs can be performed in a one-hit operation leading to faster cycle times and corresponding benefits for our customers.

For larger diameter parts we are able to use our manual machines or the chuck facility of our CNC lathes offering up to 300mm capacity.

Grinding and honing facilities allow us to work to tolerances down to five microns on secondary operations.
