In order to support increased demand on milling and to ensure that QBM are able to respond quickly to customer demand a new HURCO VM1/10K Machining Centre was purchased. The Hi-speed spindle and rapid tool changing system enables increased efficiency and additional flexibility.

QBM's commitment to training and employee development was further demonstrated by 2 people attending a 4 day programming course at Cincinnatti in Birmingham. With the wide variety of machines that we use it is imperative that al employees are trained across a range of skills in order for us to fulfil our commitment to out customers.
